Strategy and creative direction
Know what to build, who it is for and how it should feel.
A focused strategy session that turns a loose idea into a clear audience, a brand direction and a roadmap your team can start on the following week.

Why this usually goes wrong
Most projects that go over budget were unclear before the first line of code. Nobody agreed on the audience, the scope kept moving, and the brand was decided by whoever opened the design tool first. A few hours of structured thinking up front saves weeks later.

Strategy: common questions
Do I need a strategy session if I already have designs?
Not always. If your audience and scope are already clear we can start straight on the build. The session is most useful when there is disagreement or uncertainty about what to build first.
Can the strategy session be a one off?
Yes. You keep the roadmap and brand direction whether or not you continue with a monthly plan.
Who attends the session?
Your product manager and designer from Kingdom, plus whoever makes decisions on your side. Usually one or two people is best.
